The Zhengzhou-Almaty TIR road transport route is now open

郑州—阿拉木图TIR运输线路正式开通

On September 23, a TIR truck loaded with 15.7 tons of daily goods, under the supervision of Xinzheng Customs of Zhengzhou Customs, slowly departed from Henan TIR Assembly Center, heading for Almaty, Kazakhstan. It marks the official launch of the Zhengzhou-Almaty TIR route, which is the first of its kind opened since the inauguration of Henan TIR Assembly Center.

9月23日，一辆满载着15.7吨日用百货的TIR车辆，在郑州海关所属新郑海关监管下，缓缓驶出国际公路运输河南集结中心，发往哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图。这标志着郑州—阿拉木图TIR运输线路正式开通，也是国际公路运输河南集结中心揭牌运营后开通的第一条国际公路运输线路。

The freight is undertaken by Zhengzhou Hongyi Transportation Co., Ltd. The truck will exit China through Horgos Port in Xinjiang, with no transshipment throughout the journey. The entire trip will take approximately five days, covering a distance of about 4,000 kilometers.

据了解，此次运输由郑州弘依运输有限公司负责运营，将从新疆霍尔果斯公路口岸出境，全程不倒装不卸货，历经5天时间，最终到达阿拉木图，单程约4000公里。

Since February 2023, Henan has launched 5 direct international road freight routes from Zhengzhou to Russia, Uzbekistan, Laos, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Kazakhstan is the sixth.

2023年2月以来，我省先后开通运行郑州直达俄罗斯、乌兹别克斯坦、老挝、阿塞拜疆、格鲁吉亚等5个国家的国际公路运输线路，哈萨克斯坦是我省国际公路运输直达的第6个国家。

"Since January, we have realized China's first TIR freight of fresh-cut flowers and heavy-duty trucks, and unveiled Henan TIR Assembly Center, China's third TIR assembly center certified by IRU and the first one in China's inland region," said Wang Xiaofeng, deputy director of the Logistics Monitoring Division of Xinzheng Customs.

“今年以来，我们先后推动实现全国首票TIR运输鲜切花、全国首票TIR运输重卡等，助力国际公路运输河南集结中心正式揭牌，成为内陆地区首个、全国第三个由国际道路运输联盟（IRU）认证的国际公路运输集结中心。”新郑海关物流监控科副科长王肖锋介绍。

As of now, Zhengzhou Customs has supervised a total of 328 TIR transport vehicles, ranking first in China. The types of goods include automotive parts, electromechanical products, fresh-cut flowers, food, and daily necessities. Besides, Henan will actively launch new international road transport routes, including those from Zhengzhou to Astana and to Minsk.

截至目前，郑州海关累计监管TIR运输车辆328辆次，规模居全国第一，货物品类涵盖汽车配件、机电产品、鲜切花、食品、日用百货等。同时，我省还将积极拓展开通“郑州—阿斯塔纳”“郑州—明斯克”等国际公路运输新路线。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/李筱晗 通讯员/晋梦云 编译/杨佳欣 审校/张军平 赵汉青）
