When you think of cyber civilization, what comes to mind? What concerns you the most? Is it the development of new technologies like artificial intelligence, the authenticity and reliability of online information, or the protection of healthy growth for minors in the digital age?

提起网络文明，你想起了什么？最关心什么？是人工智能等新技术的发展，还是网络信息的真实可信，或是网络时代下对未成年人健康成长的保护？

On September 25, the 2024 Henan Internet Civilization Conference opened in Luohe city of Central China's Henan province.

9月25日，2024年河南省网络文明大会在漯河拉开序幕。

Themed "Jointly Building a Civilized Cyberspace Contributing an Era of Splendor in Henan", this conference was co-hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee, the Cyberspace Administration of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee, Luohe Municipal Committee of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee and the People's Government of Luohe City, aiming to bring together wisdom and strength from all sides to jointly build a clean and upright cyberspace.

本次大会以“共建网络文明 豫见时代华章”为主题，由河南省委宣传部、河南省委网信办、中共漯河市委、漯河市人民政府共同主办，旨在汇聚各方智慧和力量，共同建设健康美好的网上精神家园。

The internet is our shared living space, and civility is its most beautiful blossom. Let's be the vanguard of online civility, the positive force of internet culture, the vital force of digital governance, and the ballast of a clean ecosystem in cyberspace.

网络是我们共同的生活空间，文明是最美的花朵。做网络文明的“先锋队”、网络文化的“正能量”，成为网络治理的“生力军”、网络生态的“压舱石”。

At the conference, the Henan Charity Federation · Cyber Civilization Development Public Welfare Fund is set to launch, which will encourage broad social participation in building a civilized online space. Besides, four parallel activities, including a "Cyber Influencers Talk about Civility" exchange and sharing session, a theme session on debunking online rumors, a session on promoting online civility among youth, and a discussion on online charitable actions from the perspective of cyber civility, were held, to comprehensively introduce the concept of cyberspace civilization and showcase achievements in building a more civilized cyberspace.

大会期间，河南省慈善联合总会·网络文明建设公益基金将正式启动，并以此为契机，引导社会力量广泛参与网络空间文明建设。“网络名人话文明”交流分享、网络辟谣主题分享、青少年网络文明提升主题分享、网络文明视角下的网络公益行为研讨4项平行活动也将全方位宣介网络文明理念、展示网络文明建设成果。
