河南造国内最大直径双护盾硬岩掘进机始发
The "Henan-made" tunnel boring machine (TBM) has set a new record. On January 5, a double-shield hard rock TBM with the largest diameter of its kind in China, developed by China Railway Engineering Equipment Group (CREG) in Central China's Henan province, commenced operation on a project to divert water from the Yangtze River to the Hanjiang River in Hubei province.
“河南造”TBM(硬岩掘进机)又添新纪录。1月5日,记者从中铁工程装备集团有限公司获悉,由该企业自主研制的我国最大直径双护盾硬岩掘进机“江汉平安号”在湖北顺利掘进始发,用于引江补汉工程建设。
Named "Jianghan Ping'an", this machine is the largest and most advanced double-shield hard rock TBM designed for water diversion projects in China. It boasts a diameter of 11.93 meters, a total length of about 180 meters and a weight of around 3,550 tons.
“江汉平安号”TBM是目前国内引水隧道项目中直径最大、功能最全的双护盾硬岩掘进机,开挖直径11.93米,总长约180米,整机总重约3550吨。
TBMs, often called the "King of Construction Machinery", are crucial for underground excavation projects. With ongoing technological innovations, TBMs produced by CREG have become increasingly intelligent. To tackle complex geological conditions, such as deep excavation, hard rocks, rock bursts and high external water pressure, the "Jianghan Ping'an" TBM is equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including the Induced Polarization (IP) method for geological surveying, an early warning system for machine jamming, an cutter status monitoring system, and an innovative normal pre-drilling system. Additionally, the R&D team has developed the "TBM-SMART" Intelligent Tunneling System, capable of automatically assessing surrounding rock conditions, precisely optimizing excavation parameters, and ensuring safe and efficient operation. These advancements provide vital technical support for the project.
隧道掘进机是地下空间开发的“国之重器”,被誉为“工程机械之王”。随着技术集成创新,中铁装备研制的“大块头”越来越智慧。据介绍,此次始发的“江汉平安号”TBM搭载了激发极化法超前地质探测、卡机预警、刀具状态检测系统以及首创的常态超前钻机系统,可应对大埋深围岩应力大、超硬岩、岩爆、高外水压力等复杂地质条件。同时,设计团队自主研制的“TBM-SMART”智能掘进系统,能够自动评估围岩地质状况,精准优化设置掘进参数,保障掘进安全高效,为工程建设提供了重要技术支撑。
According to a source from CREG, the Yangtze-to-Hanjiang Water Diversion Project is part of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. It is also a key step in accelerating the development of the country's main water network. CREG is set to provide 6 TBMs for the project, 4 of which have already been completed, and 3 have successfully started excavation.
