河南春节假期盘点丨铁路单日发送旅客创历史新高

During the eight-day Spring Festival holiday, China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group transported a total of 4.193 million passengers, according to the local authority on February 5. Notably, on February 4 - the final day of the holiday - passenger numbers surged to 825,000, marking a record high for single-day travel during the Spring Festival rush.

2月5日，记者从中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司获悉，春节假期，国铁集团郑州局累计发送旅客419.3万人次，其中2月4日发送旅客82.5万人次，创春运单日客发新高。

The post-holiday travel rush is currently at its peak. The first major surge in return trips is expected on February 6 (the ninth day of the Lunar New Year), followed by a second peak on February 13 (the sixteenth day of the Lunar New Year).

当前正处于节后返程客流高峰期，预计2月6日（正月初九）迎来节后第一个客流高峰，2月13日（正月十六）迎来节后第二个客流高峰。

Additionally, during the Spring Festival holiday, freight transportation remained smooth, with a total shipment volume of 2.961 million tons and an average of 6,245 freight cars loaded per day.
