河南丹江湿地成功“入圈”，这一国家级“朋友圈”又扩容了

The Danjiang Wetland National Nature Reserve in Henan has been listed as a member of the China Biosphere Reserve Network (CBRN). The CBRN is an important component of UNESCO's Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Programme. A total of seven national nature reserves in Henan are now part of the CBRN.

河南丹江湿地国家级自然保护区成功入选“中国生物圈保护区网络”成员。中国生物圈保护区网络是联合国教科文组织“人与生物圈计划”重要组成部分，河南共有7家国家级自然保护区“入圈”。

Currently, Henan has established 351 nature reserves of various types, covering 95% of the province’s nationally protected wild plant and animal species and 80% of its typical ecosystems. By joint efforts in ecological conservation and restoration, Henan is dedicating to promote harmony between human and nature.

目前，河南已建立各类自然保护地351处，将全省95%的国家重点保护野生动植物和80%典型生态系统纳入保护范围。河南正通过统筹推进生态保护修复，促进人与自然和谐共生。

The Danjiang Wetland National Nature Reserve in Henan, newly admitted to the CBRN, is an important part of the Danjiangkou Reservoir - the water source for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project’s central route. The reserve plays a vital role in maintaining ecological balance and boasts rich biodiversity. Covering a total area of 64,111 hectares, it is home to a wide variety of plant and animal species.

此次成功入选“中国生物圈保护区网络”的河南丹江湿地国家自然保护区，是南水北调中线工程水源地丹江口水库的重要组成部分，生态系统重要，生物多样性丰富。保护区总面积64111公顷，拥有丰富的动植物资源。

To date, the Danjiang Wetland National Nature Reserve has recorded over 2,200 species of vascular plants and more than 500 species of vertebrates, forming a complete wetland ecosystem. Monitoring data from the past three years show a steady increase in bird species within the reserve. These include 19 bird species under national first-class protection, such as the black stork and the scaly-sided merganser, as well as over 70 species under second-class protection, including the common crane and the blue-throated bee-eater.

目前，保护区已记录到维管束植物2200余种、脊椎动物500余种，构成完整的湿地生态链。根据近三年监测数据显示，保护区鸟类种类数量持续增长，其中有国家一级保护鸟类黑鹳、中华秋沙鸭等19种；二级保护鸟类灰鹤、栗喉蜂虎等70余种。

According to Henan Provincial Forestry Administration, a total of seven national nature reserves in the province have been admitted to the CBRN. These include Baotianman National Nature Reserve, Jigong Mountain National Nature Reserve, Liankang Mountain National Nature Reserve, Xiaoqinling National Nature Reserve, Dongzhai National Nature Reserve, and Yellow River Wetland (Sanmenxia) National Nature Reserve, as well as the recently added Danjiang Wetland National Nature Reserve.
