Taoli Mantianxia (Lushan colored porcelain vessel symbolizing the far-reaching influence of teachers) features a lotus-shaped mouth and a neck adorned with intricate patters of peach and plum blossoms, along with their leaves. On either side of the neck are dragon-shaped handles. The body is richly decorated with reliefs of peach blossoms, plum blossoms, peaches, and plums, while the foot is embellished with water wave patterns above and a lotus flower beneath. The water and lotus complement each other, and the flowers, fruits, and leaves beautifully balance the design, with the lotus and dragon handles enhancing one another. Designed and crafted by artist Wang Quncheng, the piece reflects the widespread impact of teachers and their guidance.
