The firing technique of Ru porcelain, a traditional craft from Ruzhou, has been recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage. The process is renowned for four distinctive features, known by artisans as the four marvels of Ru porcelain craftsmanship: precise material preparation, extraordinary glaze color transformation, unique crackle patterns, and a glaze that beautifully reflects light.
