ZAEZ completes aircraft deliveries for cross-border leasing project

郑州航空港跨境飞机租赁项目批量落地

At 11:00 a.m. on January 6 (local time) in Phnom Penh of Cambodia, Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co., Ltd. (HNCA Leasing) completed the delivery of two ATR 72-600 aircraft to Air Cambodia at Techo International Airport under a financial lease arrangement. The aircraft will be put into commercial operation.

柬埔寨当地时间1月6日11:00，在柬埔寨金边德崇机场，河南航投航空融资租赁有限公司（以下简称“航投租赁”）顺利完成两架ATR72-600飞机交付，两架机以融资租赁模式交付至柬埔寨国家航空有限公司（以下简称“柬国航”）运营。

This delivery marks the successful completion of the three-aircraft ATR 72-600 leasing project between HNCA Leasing and Air Cambodia. The first aircraft was delivered at Toulouse Airport in France on May 21, 2025, followed by the delivery of the remaining two aircraft.

这是继2025年5月21日在法国图卢兹机场交付首架飞机后，剩余两架完成批量交付，标志着航投租赁与柬国航合作的三架ATR72-600飞机租赁项目全部顺利落地。

The project represents an important step in HNCA Leasing's ongoing efforts to advance the international development of aviation finance in support of the Air Silk Road initiative, with the backing of the Administration Committee of the Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone (ZAEZ). The two ATR 72-600 aircraft delivered under the project were introduced by HNCA Leasing for Air Cambodia and are the second and third aircraft under a three-aircraft purchase agreement signed in 2024 between HNCA Leasing and Avions de Transport Regional G.I.E. (ATR). With this delivery, all three brand-new ATR 72-600 aircraft purchased by HNCA Leasing from ATR have now been delivered.

据悉，本次落地项目是航投租赁公司在郑州航空港区管委会支持下，围绕“空中丝绸之路”建设，持续深耕航空金融国际化发展的重要实践。此次交付的两架ATR72-600飞机，由航投租赁公司为柬国航引进，是航投租赁于2024年与法国空中支线飞机公司AVIONS DE TRANSPORT REGIONAL G.I.E.签署的3架同型号飞机采购协议中的第二、第三架机。至此，航投租赁向ATR采购的3架全新ATR72-600飞机均已交付完毕。（中文来源：河南日报 记者：杨凌 通讯员：郝瀚萌 编译：张雅涵 审校：李文竞 赵汉青）
