Recently, Foxconn made a significant move in the Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone (ZAEZ) by establishing a new company, Henan Hongchuang Technology Co., Ltd. The venture is jointly formed by Hongfujin Precision Electronics (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd., a Foxconn subsidiary holding a 75% stake, and ZAEZ Chuangtou Group Co., Ltd., holding the remaining 25%, with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. This marks Foxconn's first joint venture with a state-owned enterprise in ZAEZ, reflecting its strong commitment to maintaining and expanding its presence in Henan and deepening its roots in the zone.

近日，富士康在郑州航空港再次落下关键一子，成立了全新的河南鸿创科技有限公司。该公司由富士康集团旗下鸿富锦精密电子(郑州)有限公司出资75%、郑州航空港创投集团有限公司出资25%共同组建，注册资金20亿元。这是富士康在郑州航空港首次以合资公司形式与政府平台公司深度绑定，表明了富士康将继续扎根河南、深耕郑州航空港的信心与决心。

The newly established Henan Hongchuang Technology Co., Ltd. will specialize in the precision manufacturing of high-end electronic products, with the goal of becoming a benchmark enterprise in the R&D and production of high-end precision electronic components. The project is located in the Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone, where a high-standard production line for precision electronic components will be established.
