Zhengzhou airport sets holiday record as daily traffic tops 100,000 for 3 consecutive days
郑州机场再创新纪录！春节假期客流连续三日破10万人次
During the Spring Festival holiday, Zhengzhou airport saw a surge in passenger traffic. According to preliminary statistics, the airport handled a total of 850,000 passenger trips during the holiday, with an average daily throughput exceeding 90,000. On February 20, 21 and 22, daily passenger volume topped 100,000 for three consecutive days. Overall passenger traffic rose 7.5 percent year on year, setting a new record for the airport. In terms of flight operations, the airport handled 5,868 flights during the holiday period, averaging 652 flights per day, up 5 percent year on year.
