Zhengzhou hosts forum on Telling Stories Well

More than six decades after U.S. journalist Edgar Snow returned to China to document its transformation, a new generation of foreign visitors is following in his footsteps — and reaching the same conclusion: understanding China requires seeing it firsthand.

This consensus was evident at Saturday's thematic forum, "Telling the Story Well: From Empathetic Communication to Cultural Identity", held in Zhengzhou, Henan province, as part of the 2026 China Internet Media Forum.
