Over 60 Chinese and international journalists and online celebrities participating in the nearly week-long tour of Hainan for representatives of international media organizations and social media personalities visited Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone in Qionghai city of Southeast China's Hainan province on November 27, feeling the charm of Hainan's unique rehabilitation care services.
11月27日，参加“‘开放·向未来’——全国外宣媒体记者、海外传播官、外籍网络大V看海南”活动的60多位中外媒体嘉宾走进博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区，感受海南医疗康养独特魅力。

Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone is China's first and only "special medical zone", and the only pilot zone for the application of Real-World Data in Chinese mainland. It is located in Boao Town, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, adjacent to the core area of the Boao Forum for Asia. On 28 February 2013, the State Council approved the establishment of the Pilot Zone,accompanied by 9 preferential policies, which can be summarized as four authorizations in medical treatment, research, operation and international exchange. It was described by Premier Li Keqiang as "the second chapter of the Boao Forum for Asia".
博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区是全国唯一的“医疗特区”，中国内地唯一真实世界数据应用的先行区，位于海南省琼海市博鳌镇，临近博整亚洲论坛核心区。2013年2月28日，国务院批复同意设立乐城先行区，并赋予9项独一无二的支持政策，可概括为“四个特许”：特许医疗、特许研究、特许经营和特许国际交流，被李克强总理誉为“博鳌亚洲论坛第二乐章”。
Visit Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone
Currently, there are 24 medical institutions operating in the Pilot Zone, with more than 20 under construction or in planning stage, covering areas such as cancer prevention and treatment, medical aesthetics and anti-aging, health management, and rehabilitation. The Permanent Exhibition of Innovative Medicines and Medical Devices in the Pilot Zone, the only long-term exhibition of its kind in China, has attracted 80 manufacturers of innovative medicines and medical devices from 16 countries, showcasing a total of 810 types of novel products.
截至目前，乐城先行区有24家医疗机构开业运营，超过20家在建或筹建，涉及肿瘤防治、医美抗衰、健康管理康复疗养等医疗产业。目前全国唯一一个汇集全球创新药械的长期展示馆一一“永不落幕”国际创新药械展，来自16个国家的80家全球国际创新药械厂商参展，共展出创新药械产品810种。

The Pilot Zone aims to become a world-class destination for international medical tourism and a platform for medical science and technology innovation by 2030, with leading medical services and research at both the national and international levels, forming a strong industrial cluster and brand effect.
到2030年，乐城先行区的医疗服务及科研将达到国内领先、国际先进水平，充分形成产业集聚和品牌效应，建设成为世界一流的国际医疗旅游目的地和医疗科技创新平台。（杨佳欣）
