During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25), Henan will launch a series of major projects to develop digital economy.

Digital industry agglomeration development projects
数字产业集聚发展工程
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25), Henan will implement Kunpeng computing industry ecology projects, promote the building of the intelligent sensor project named "One Valley and Two Bases" (Zhengzhou Intelligent Sensor Valley and Intelligent Sensor Industry Bases in Luoyang and Xinxiang), the Provincial Information Security Industry Demonstration Base, Henan Police Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Innovation and Application Base and a batch of big data industrial parks, geographic information industrial parks. Besides, Henan will also support the building of Hebi fusion application pilot area that integrates spatial geographic information and 5G technology.
“十四五”期间，河南将实施鲲鹏计算产业生态系列项目，推进智能传感“一谷两基地”（郑州智能传感谷和洛阳、新乡智能传感器产业基地）、省信息安全产业示范基地、河南警用无人航空器创新应用基地和一批大数据产业园、地理信息产业园建设，支持鹤壁建设空间地理信息与5G 融合应用试验区。
Industrial digital transformation projects
产业数字化转型工程
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25), Henan will build more than 5 comprehensive industrial internet platforms and about 50 platforms in certain industries, and a number of regional industrial internet platforms that serve the development of advantageous industrial clusters, cultivate a number of field crops Internet of Things technology application demonstration bases and digital agriculture pilot counties, cities and districts, and establish a provincially unified multi-modal transport public information service platform.
“十四五”期间，河南将建设5个以上综合性、50个左右行业性工业互联网平台和一批服务优势产业集群发展的区域性工业互联网平台，培育一批大田作物物联网技术应用示范基地和数字农业试点县（市、区），建立全省统一的多式联运公共信息服务平台。
New smart cities and digital villages projects
新型智慧城市和数字乡村建设工程
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25), Henan will promote the development of new demonstration smart cities in Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Hebi, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, Luohe, Sanmenxia and Zhumadian, and create more than 60 digital rural demonstration counties, cities and districts.
“十四五”期间，河南将推进郑州、洛阳、鹤壁、新乡、焦作、漯河、三门峡、驻马店等新型智慧城市试点建设；创建60个以上数字乡村示范县（市、区）。
